On Day 2 of the APCDA 2023 Hybrid Conference, Momoko Asaka (APCDA President) and Shigeo Katsu (President of Nazarbayev University), delivered a welcome address. Sayasat Nurbek, the Minister of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, gave a keynote presentation titled "Kazakhstan's Future Trends." followed by Loretta O'Donnell. The session highlighted Kazakhstan's efforts in preparing its youth for the future through its higher education system. An awards ceremony recognized outstanding career practitioners, educators, lifetime achievers, and other contributors. Dr. Tristram Hooley delivered a keynote on "Predicting the Future in Turbulent Times: The Role of Career Development." Then followed by a panel discussion on "Demystifying AI Related to Career Development" featured Dr. Marilyn Maze, Dr. Rich Feller, and Dr. Jaana Kettinen. Attendees also had the opportunity to explore the Craft Fair and enjoy a reception dinner at Nazarbayev University, featuring a student orchestra and traditional Kazakh delicacies. An International Finance Center Tour was organized for interested participants.

On the fourth day of the APCDA 2023 Hybrid Conference, international attendees participated in a session titled "Guiding clients to career success in the workplace: 2035 and Beyond" led by Ms. Marie Zimenoff. The session explored strategies for helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of work. After the session, the international attendees traveled to Almaty to visit Kimep University.

For local attendees, Azel Kussainova, Director of the Department of Marketing and Media Outreach, presented a Master Class on Communication, that was held from 10 to 11 am specifically for representatives from local universities. This session aimed to enhance their communication skills. Following that, there was a presentation of certificates to the conference participants, recognizing their participation and contribution. The day concluded with a group photo, capturing the memorable moments of the conference.
