This year’s Gala served as a powerful bridge between generations of NU graduates and current students. Bringing everyone under one roof, the event showcased the rich diversity of backgrounds, talents, and experiences within our community - all united by the shared values of learning and leadership.

A special highlight of the evening was the inspiring speech delivered by Kadisha Dairova, Vice President for Student Affairs and International Cooperation, who emphasized the importance of student - alumni connections, knowledge exchange, and the long-term strength of the NU network.
Her message set the tone for an engaging and collaborative event focused on mentorship, support, and opportunity.

The Gala featured a series of performances and interactive sessions that brought the community together through creativity, culture, and collaboration:
- A vibrant national dance performance by
the "Kiye" Folk Dance Ensemble
- A musical performance by vocalist Manissa,
adding emotion and artistry to the evening
- Thematic roundtable sessions, where alumni and students were grouped by industry to discuss career paths, emerging trends, and real-world insights

Participants engaged in dynamic discussions across
seven key focus areas:

- IT & Digital Innovation
- Entrepreneurship & Business
- Startups & Venture Growth
- Medicine & Healthcare
- Public Sector, Policy & Social Impact
- Education, Science & Research
- STEM (Engineering & Technology)

These conversations generated valuable insights on industry trends, essential skills, and emerging opportunities for young professionals. A full summary of key takeaways, recommendations, and highlights is available in
